Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and us about using FirmLead (firmlead.io). You accept them when you create an account. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you may act for it.

FirmLead is for businesses only. You use it for your work, not as a private consumer.

• Finds companies that match your offer, using public business registers, the companies' own websites and Google Maps.
• Writes email drafts with AI, using only facts found about the company and the business profile you give us.
• Sends your emails from your own mailbox, on a safe daily schedule.
• Finds the replies to those emails and sorts them.

We do not sell or rent contact lists.

• Give correct details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login safe. Don't share it.
• You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.

• There is no free plan. You start with a 7-day free trial of the paid plan you pick. A card is needed to start it. Each workspace gets one trial.
• During the trial, lower limits apply: 100 leads, 100 emails and 1 active campaign. Your plan's full limits start with the first payment.
• When the trial ends, we charge your card for the plan unless you cancelled before. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
• Monthly plans renew every month. Yearly plans are paid once, upfront, for the whole year. Prices are in euros. VAT is added where the law requires it.
• Refund: your first payment, monthly or yearly, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. Later payments are not refunded.
• You can cancel at any time under Settings → Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then it stops. You won't be charged again.
• If a payment fails, we try again and tell you. If it still fails after 7 days, your campaigns pause until the card works.
• We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you. You can cancel before it starts.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

When the trial or a paid plan ends, your workspace has no plan. You can still sign in, see and export your leads, replies and settings. You can't search for leads, use the AI or send emails, and your campaigns pause. We keep your data, so you can pick a plan later and carry on.

• You are the sender. Emails go from your mailbox, under your name. You decide who gets them and what they say.
• You must have a lawful reason to email each recipient, under the rules of your country and of the recipient's country.
• FirmLead checks every email before it goes out: country rules, the opt-out list, the opt-out line in the email and daily limits. It does not send to countries where companies must agree first. These checks help, but they are not legal advice.
• AI can make mistakes. Read your drafts before you send them.

When you connect a mailbox, you let us use it to send your campaign emails, save a copy in your Sent folder and find the replies to those emails. We don't download, store or read your other email. We store your mailbox password encrypted. You can disconnect the mailbox at any time.

You must not use FirmLead to:

• email private people (consumers). It is for business email only;
• upload bought, rented or shared lists, or lists copied from social networks;
• use misleading subject lines, a false sender or deceptive content;
• email people in countries where consent is needed, without that consent;
• pretend to be someone else;
• email anyone who opted out, or remove an opt-out unless that person asked you to;
• send spam, malware, phishing or illegal content;
• get around our limits, checks or security, or copy or resell the service.

If we see abuse, a high bounce rate or complaints, we may pause a mailbox, pause sending or suspend the account. Where we can, we tell you why first.

• Your leads, campaigns, emails and replies are yours. You can export your leads at any time.
• For the people you email, you decide why and how their data is used, and we process it for you. Ask us for our data processing agreement.
• The public company information FirmLead finds (company facts from registers and websites) is shared between our customers so each company is looked up only once.
• The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Some search results come from Google Maps. By using these features you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

• We work hard to keep FirmLead running and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features over time and will tell you about big changes.
• We don't promise any number of leads, replies or sales.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business.
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence.

You can stop using FirmLead and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay. To delete your account and data, use Settings → Delete account, or email info@firmlead.io.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before the change starts. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

Estonian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia, Harju County Court first. This does not remove rights the law of your own country gives you.
